Furmaan Ahmed (1995) is a multi-disciplinary artist from Glasgow who creates images, set designs, and live installations.

Ahmed creates fantasy universes that reference ancient sites, nature, and hybrid futurism to create landscapes and experiences that feel like glitches in reality. Ahmed is interested in world-building through the lens of a brown and trans artist.

They are a recent Fine Art graduate from Central Saint Martins who has already worked with clients such as WeTransfer, Tate Modern, Isamaya Ffrench, Willow Smith, Sadler Wells, Hermes, Shygirl, SOPHIE, and David Lachapelle.

In 2017 Ahmed was the recipient of the Robertsons Scholarship and was named the winner of the British Fashion Council New Waves Creatives 2021.
