Rob Woodcox is an award-winning artist, photographer and director based between Mexico and the US. His fine art and commercial imagery weave reality, memory, and dream — often transforming the human body into surreal landscapes that celebrate connection, identity, and resilience.
Rob has built an international career teaching workshops across 6 continents, 15+ countries, and 35 cities, while cultivating a social following of more than 234,000 Instagram followers. His work has been featured in major publications and exhibited worldwide, and he has produced commercial campaigns for leading brands including Nike, SKIMS, Apple, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Universal Pictures, and Capitol Records.
As a director, Rob’s projects include “We Are Molecular” with Dr. Barbara Sturm and the Royal Ballet, the music video “Spiral” with RY X, and his queer short film “Honey to the Moon”, which premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Provincetown International Film Festival and screened in London, Mexico City, and Minneapolis. In 2025, Rob won the Erarta x Zona Maco Art Prize, the world’s largest art prize, and launched his first curated exhibition Birth of a Tide in Paris, now set to tour internationally.
Rob continues to pursue bold new creative collaborations across photography and film, combining fine art, advocacy, and commercial vision.
